Ahsoka Tano constructed her first lightsaber as a Padawan under Anakin Skywalker, initially wielding a single green-bladed saber that reflected growth, curiosity, and a strong connection to the Force. As her training advanced, Anakin encouraged her to adopt a dual-wielding style, leading Ahsoka to build a second, shorter shoto lightsaber with a yellow-green blade.
The dual sabers complemented Ahsoka’s agile, unconventional combat style and mirrored Anakin’s aggressive tutelage balanced by her own instincts. During the Clone Wars, Anakin later modified her lightsabers with blue blades, symbolizing trust and alignment with the Jedi Order. After Ahsoka left the Jedi, she returned the sabers, marking the end of her formal Jedi path and the beginning of her independence.
