During the Jedi Purge in 19 BBY, one of Master Shaak Ti’s Padawan’s managed to escape the Jedi Temple on Coruscant after seeing his master murdered in cold blood. Fleeing to the lower levels he managed to evade the clone troopers assault on the temple.
 
As the weeks passed, the young Jedi knew in order to survive, he would need to find a ship and leave the central regions and find a more remote planet to lay low.
 
The young Jedi, made his way to the docking bays to see if there were any ships that he could hideout in and get safe passage off the planet. He was in luck as there was a starship completely unattended, but before he could get to the ship a battalion of clone troopers spotted him; they immediately started firing at the padawan, he hid behind some shipping containers to allow himself some time to formulate a plan. As the Jedi plotted his escape, he noticed the firing had stopped. He peered his head around the containers and saw a group of armoured warriors standing above the clone troopers that they had shot down. They called to the boy and asked why they were shooting at him and he explained that he did not know but felt very unsafe on coruscant, he asked if they could help him escape. The warriors agreed to help the young boy, as long as he was happy to help out with some maintenance of the ship, they were unaware that he was a Jedi and started to grow quite fond of him.
 
After a few months, the boy became a foundling and joined their clan. Although in his heart he would always be a Jedi, he swore an oath to the Clan and was extremely grateful for how he had been looked after. The years passed and the young boy had now become a young adult and valued member of the clan, however he would still hear the voices of the Jedi and his master call to him, he knew that he would one day have to leave the clan and continue his Jedi training. The former Jedi had decided that as soon as he returned from his mission, he would speak to the clan and get their blessing. The mission was now over and he made his way to the clan hideout, but when he got there all he found was heartbreak, his clan had been slaughtered by the Empire.
 
From that day he knew that the Empire needed to be stopped and the Jedi’s return would be how to do it. He knew his mission but needed help doing it, so he went in search of a new Clan, a clan that could help change the future of the Galaxy….. the Kyber Clan.
